Andy Cornish
One of my friends finally persuaded me to come along and it just went from there - there was no stopping me!
Billy Brennan - if i can achieve half of what he has it would be amazing.
The fact that there is so much more to learn and the support and encouragement of friends and family helps a great deal.
I have done loads of other sports including; basketball, football, badminton, horse-riding, hockey and many others.
The is no one that started with me that still trains.
To slick at it because as you learn more you will find that karate becomes a part of your life that you can't live without.
10 years old.
To succeed further in my karate and help others onto the road to success.
At least 3 times a week.
Many, the biggest one being elective mutisum which I had at the start of primary school until year 6 before I left for high school
Heel kick (but not jump turn heel kick!).
I haven’t got a favourite, I enjoy doing any type of kata and learning new ones
Defensive side kick, it’s a great stopping kick with lots of power and it works for me! .
Just keep going, train hard, don’t give up and you will achieve great things in karate.
Train hard, grade easy – everyone remembers this but it’s a great piece of advice to follow.
